Aqua-Alkal pH PLUS is a preparation designed for raising the pH value of aquarium water in common and breeding tanks. It is particularly useful for maintaining high pH levels typical for many popular aquarium fish biotopes, such as Malawi cichlids of the mbuna group, tropheus from Lake Tanganyika, and cichlids from Central America.

The product helps prevent natural drops in pH value and supports proper water parameters for species that require alkaline conditions. When applied directly into the tank, it is recommended to monitor pH levels with an appropriate aquarium test. Daily pH changes should not exceed 0.2 pH.

The safest method is preparing the water intended for change outside the tank and then gradually adding it to the aquarium. A practical solution for aquarists who want to maintain optimal water conditions for their fish.
