This complete food with probiotic is specially formulated for adult semi-aquatic turtles, including species such as Trachemys, Pseudemys, Mauremys, Ocadia, Malaclemys, Clemmys, Kinosternon, Sternotherus and Claudius.

The soft texture closely resembles the foods turtles eat in the wild. The addition of viable Bacillus subtilis endospores helps stabilize intestinal microflora and improves nutrient utilization. Optimal levels of protein, fat and fibre match the dietary preferences of adult semi-aquatic turtles.

Narrowleaf plantain and dandelion provide valuable plant substances, while Hermetia illucens larvae serve as a source of essential amino acids as well as calcium and phosphorus in a favourable ratio. The attractive aroma of fish, crustaceans (shrimps 8%, krill 2%) and molluscs (squid 3%) encourages feeding. Astaxanthin supports natural coloration.

The food can also be successfully fed to large omnivorous fish. A practical and well-balanced choice for keepers of adult semi-aquatic turtles.
